If you want to be highly disappointed than support this business! We had a tombstone unveiling for my parents in 2024 August, all arrangements, payments and communication was made long before the actual date, the week leading up to the unveiling they advise they would call when their employees would go out to set up the tombstone which never happened on the Friday a day before the unveiling there was still no tombstone!!! Imagine after making payment long before the actual date, eventually they went and just put a random slab and pasted a printout with my parents details for us to have the unveiling as people already came from far away to spend the day with us. A few weeks later they replaced the slab with the actual tombstone but without the picture we paid for!! Today is the 04/06/2026 we havent received a refund nor have they gone back to put the picture as per what we have paid!! and no communication whatsoever from these people!! If there was a no star rating i would have definitely given them that!
