Good Day I just purchased at your branch in the Phoenix Plaza and there's mold in the snowballs that we just purchased this is so disappointing as I was in there with my family and my 3 year old choose the chocolate snowball and when we got home thankfully I broke it in half and noticed it has mold usually my kids just eat from the packet on our way home but thank God it wasn't this time please let me know on what platform I can send the pictures as I am so disgusted by this... It's not about the price of the item but it's the service Thank you
