I am writing this review after several months of attempting to resolve an issue with payment for a doctor's bill managed by M.J. Minter & Cowho is a supplier for the doctor's practice. It's with regret that I must share that my experience has been far from satisfactory. I initially reached out to the company's representative for assistance on December 22, 2023. Getting more information was crucial for me to be able to make payments. Despite numerous attempts to communicate via phone calls and emails, both by myself and my grandmother, our efforts were met with consistent non-responsiveness - until 18th April when we had to escalate to the doctor. The lack of communication from M.j. Minter & Co has not only impeded my ability to settle my accounts with the medical service providers but has also led to receiving threatening messages regarding payment and blacklisting. This has been an incredibly stressful and disheartening situation, which has unfortunately tainted my experience with the medical practice as a whole. In my opinion, the handling of my case by M.j. Minter & Co. demonstrates a significant gap in client service and communication. The implications of not receiving the necessary documentation have been serious for me, affecting my financial standing and causing undue distress. Given these experiences, I am unable to recommend M.j. Minter & Co. for any services. The lack of accountability and assistance in a matter that is both time-sensitive and crucial for a patient's well-being is a severe oversight. I believe that any potential clients should be fully aware of the potential for communication and service issues when considering their services. I hope that this feedback is taken constructively and that M.j. Minter & Co. can implement improvements to ensure that no other client has to endure a similar experience
