I bought 4 months ago black water pipe from this branch to find it was sub standard pipe by returning this roll of pipe I was given a replacement to find that was also a defaulted roll of pipe. After returning the second pipe I was told that the supplier have given stock to the branch to sell so that the branch can refund me some of my expenses and was promised a couple of times by a Boksburg branch representative that they are working on the matter this is now nearly 5 months later and no settlement or new promises. It is a shame for doing business like that.
