I have never felt disrespected like today. To cut the story short, I took a contract and the SIM card did not have network and I went to the branch where it was discovered that I was given an incorrect card. Now I called to report that the number does not accept in coming calls and I was met by a rude guy who told me that I have to come to the branch again. When I expressed my unhappiness with having to go the branch , the guy told me they are not inconvinencing me and this happens to a lot of peaople and they go to the branch and get helped. He refused to understand my frustration and was very dismissive. I can't believe that a company representative can be soo arrogant.
