Unfortunately, your lack of concern for your poor service, inefficiency and non delivery - while it may be acceptable to Cororbik is not acceptable to me as a paying customer . I received your invoice for paving bricks and delivery yesterday and paid it promptly with the understanding that I would receive the goods that I paid for this morning. After spending four hours dealing with phone calls and inefficiency, I am still waiting - which is costing me more money in labour time and phone bills - nevermind the frustration at paying massive delivery costs for items not delivered. ADVICE: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER BRICK COMPANY THAT WILL PROVIDE QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE. In my experience, Corobrik does not deliver, does not have regard for customer service and costs more money than they are worth.
