Terrible customer service I bought a blue voucher at the shop on the 7th it's a said invalid,enquired with blusupport and hollywoodbets who said I need to return the voucher,the manager who's a female was very rude and unprofessional refused to help me...until now I still didn't get and refund for my R100 voucher I bought!

At the Kasselsvlei Cash Converters you are treated like a nobody when you go to the buy shop there a lady by name of Genevive who's very professional,don't know anything about good customer service and is always rude when you go the buyshop.I had a sound system on buyback it expired yesterday I got a sms notification thereof also that I should come and attend to it,so I went there after 2pm today first I went to Tyrel because he's the more senior person he was very nonchalant and referred me to Genevive who always gives me a hard time when I go there this time it was no different at first she said I can get my item if I have a valid reason as I was about to give her the reason she said no I can't get or extend my item went on her phone played a videoclip and called Tyrel to look at it once again I felt like a nobody standing there looking at then enjoying the videoclip.....Terrible Customer Service indeed
