Hi, i was disappointed ☹️ at Nandosa Westgate Mall. I ordered the take away at this restaurant to enjoy with my family at home. So i needed to add extra sauce so that when we eat the meat at home i dont have cook and mix gravy or veggy with the Nandos meat. I normally order full chicken with extra sauce and this time when i check the order if it was as per instruction for extra sauce but it was not the meat was dry. Because the place was fully packed i just needed to put the bottled sauce in my chicken and leave without complaining, then this lady Nando's employee,come and say i dont need to pour the sources from the table cos i am not Stayin' customer i must get sachets.So my complain is I am buying the same chicken as the other person with the same amount,but the difference is that the other is eating in the restaurant. We all know chicken is dry and how many sachet will i get to enjoy the meat with Nandos flavour and for me to pour the sauce from the bottle how many bottles was i going to emptied for one chicken. Can all customers be treated the same or maybe Nando's Westgate can change the rule to say that "All meals to be eaten in the restaurant " atleast it will be clear to all that they have enough space for all the family's to enjoy the meal only in the Restaurant. So i felt that i was treated unfairly and bullied since im also a customer who is buying and when price is the same not a special offers cos is a takeaway. Can the matter be sorted and treat all customers the same.
