I went to report to clinic at 07-15 the clerk Marchello informed me that we will be assisted as a non appointment. After a 5 hour waiting period any multiple enquiries we saw that Marcello only admitted the file with a time of 11-05 due to him saying we got their only after 11 confronted him and he state that when ever another person arrive he put their file on top of mine.
