I have been learning at First class care giving for the past 3 months,and it has been a great experience. Karin Westphal is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thought into how she presents the material. her lessons were engaging, useful, she was very patient with everyone in class always encouraging her students to try. Classes with her have been so worthwhile! she has an amazing way of breaking things down so that they are understandable. I have learned so much at First Care Giving,She paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in her classes she asks questions and gets the students to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. She's patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have found an excellent teacher! First Class Care provides both theory and practical learning activities and a very safe, supportive environment. As a student, you feel pushed to learn and helps you to improve. Karin westphal has an incredible gift for teaching. Her teaching methods are great. Very clear and concise. and always teaches with the intent to help you understand the material,and is one of the best teacher, that I’ve had. Recommending her is a no brainer.I highly recommend her to anyone interested in learning CAREGIVING and CNA!!!
