my 3 star rating is because I found the "display area" of the chairs quite disorganized, even though it is a "working office". We did place an order for a chair which we collected. - well within the promised delivery time - which was great. Should this purchase fulfill our expectations, we are in the market for more of the same product. I also referred someone else in the market for office chairs to them as it seems they do have quality products with a good warranty on offer. Although they probably get new stock in on a regular basis I believe the sales staff could be a bit more knowledgeable on their products.

Furniture City, kept us in the loop the whole morning up until our furniture was delivered. We received everything in perfect condition, carefully wrapped. Highly recommended.
