No Transparency. No fee structure and all payments done to individuals bank accounts. Every single time as you think now all is paid and your loan is done and will be transferred to your account they asked another fee even if being asked and got on writing that no more fees is applicable. Now they won't even pay back all the money I already paid them without paying another fee. When asked for contract and proof of insurance no answer. Very unprofessional and really misleading.
