i bought "A"grade tiles from Malls Tiles in April. after a few showers the tiles changed to a greyish hue.When the tiler complained about it the rep said that the tiler was suppose to put sealer.So,we decided to get the man to redo the job.Understand we had to leave for Zambia urgently so the shower wasnt in use for 6 weeks.When we returned,to our consternation,more tiles had changed colour.The tiler was called in,whole section tiles removed and sealer applied.Two days later the tiles were put,and overnight it changed colour! No shower usage,no grouting done!Now when we called them they giving us excuses! i want a proper bathroom. if its not sorted then im emailing the pics to Wendy Knowler from the consumer council!
