Greetings I hope this email finds you well I would like to lay a complaint about a bad service and disturbing attitude i got from a salesman and his manager at Ottery Alert engine parts.Friday (01/10/2021) I bought piston(invoice no:1252090) I was helped by mr D Morta, only to found out he gave me a wrong fit,I had to return it on Monday morning (05/10/21) mind you I’m from Khayelitsha. He said he will order another piston for me so I must fetch it the following day which means today (05/10/21),today I went back to collect the piston that was ordered,I took it to the engineering and it was wrong fit again.I didn’t understand because I gave mr Morta a sample.I had to return it again it’s when I received the bad customer service and attitude from mr Morta. I asked for a manager and she took mr Morta side and stand with him,they reached a point where they said i must be refunded because they don’t have what I’m looking for. I took my money back, when I was about to go I was approached by mr Gladman Nayo and asked what happening, I told him and he saved the day and gave me a right piston with a smile in his face. I won’t lie I’m disappointed by mr Marta and his manager’s attitude,I’m grateful for meeting salesman like Gladman. Kind regards Bulelani Nkwitshi
