We booked and confirmed a Marquee, over a month ago, called a week before to be sure of comfirmation and were told all is in order and they will set up on Friday the 4 May for our son's 21 birthday on the 5 May. At midday on the 4 th I called and was assured they were still coming and they would call when they were loaded and ready to leave. It is now Monday the 7th of May and we are still waiting for them to call not to mention arrive with the Marquee. This is not a good company to do business with, they do not seem to care and their service level is non existent.
