I ordered my wood on 4 November 2022. It is now 15 May 2023 and I am still waiting for the cladding to be delivered. In seven months I had not had one on time delivery. And that does not mean they are a day or two late. It stretched to 9 weeks at one point. Then when they come and you count the wood, all of it is not there. The wood is full of factory flaws. The last of my wood that only arrived in two thirds was reconfirmed 8 March. I am still waiting. When I phone and they actually answer then they promise to phone back and never do. I have had to phone them five times since. There is no customer service to speak of. No interim feedback or follow up. I drove there to introduce myself and get feedback but did not get further than the door, yet everytime I phone, it is like a clean slate where they remember nothing. You try and speak to the manager but get no further than reception. I would not recommend.
