Cape Town Birthday Party
Gerhard celebrated his birthday with a Laser Tag birthday party in Welgedacht (Durbanville Area – Cape Town). Gerhard invited a mixed group (both boys and girls) which was held close to his home in the park (community area).
There were 16 kids / children at the lasertag event and the booking lasted an hour.
Games Played
The games played included elimination games with some interesting twists. After the first game, two teams (red and blue) introduced re-spawning and Medics. The third game played included 2 rogue players. The rogues objective was simple: Eliminate players on both teams
This tactic is often used to speed up games or simply create a new game variation!
Field Setup
The birthday party was held in a park area that had natural obstacles such as trees, bushes, reeds and a dam. Natural boundaries and a large playing field made it easy to use. All players were able to hide behind trees which acted as hiding places for this birthday party. There was no need to make use of inflatable bunkers or base points.
Short Booking Duration
60 Minute bookings dont allow multiple game variations to be played. Capture the flag was not played as time ran out!
