The villa consists of six spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, televisions with M-Net, coffee and tea-making facilities and biscuits. All the bedrooms have high ceilings, lovely sash windows and one of the bedrooms opens up onto the enclosed veranda where breakfast can be enjoined in private. The main bedroom has bay windows and a Victorian bath from where an open fire in the period fireplace can be enjoyed in winter months. There are heaters in all the bedrooms as well as fans for hot summer days but the high ceilings and thick walls help to keep the temperature in the house naturally regulated. We also have a budget bedroom which is smaller than the others yet with all the same amenities. It opens up onto the courtyard and has a private entrance. The enclosed courtyard has a large wooden table and chairs with an umbrella where breakfast can be enjoyed during summer months. It also has braai facilities. The flat that opens up onto the swimming pool has one bedroom en-suite, a TV lounge and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. This flat has a sleeper couch in the lounge and is ideal for 2 adults and 2 small children. There are a number of braai (barbecue) facilities a large swimming pool and most importantly safe parking, on the complex, behind automated gates. All TV programs are available.
