The neighbouring farm Laurentia, with its open grass veld and dense riverine vegetaions provides viast varieties of fauna and flora and presents and excellent setting for mountain biking, hiking, walking or jogging. A large part of our effort towards sustainability is through the approach of permaculture, by designing our terrain to mimic natural ecologies. The renovations to the house partly inlcude foreign timbers found in and around the property and grey water is used to sustain newly created wetlands in the garden. Guests may be lucky to view the resident Black Eagle pair, or the Vervet Monkeys irking the dachshunds from the tree tops, and evening calls of the Black Backed Jackal are sure to delight you. Our 4 rooms are individually decorated to bring about a beautiful, luxurious and home away from home feel. Each room provides a working and leasure area equipped with wireless internet and DSTV. We offer clean linen every 2nd day. A full breakfast is served daily, at your preferred time.
