Every person is completely unique with vastly diverse circumstances, contexts and challenges. Rather than utilising any specific "favourite" approach, I develop (in collaboration with my clients), a customised, personalised therapeutic intervention to address the specific presenting difficulty or current life challenge that brings the client to therapy. In this way, therapy is aligned to my client's needs which really facilitates strategic and appropriate work done in therapy. This, in turn, significantly enhances the time- and cost-effectiveness of therapy sessions.

I am a Clinical Psychologist in private practice in Linden, in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg. I have a solid background in systemic theory and interpersonal psychotherapy. I hold a BSc (Psychology and Physiology) as well as an Honours in Psychology from the North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus and an MA Clinical Psychology from UNISA.
