I run a hands on practice, tailored to the needs of my patient. I like to see the rehabilitation process as a mind and body process and I hold patient education as a very important part of what I do. Sessions are tailored according to the specific phases of rehabilitation and include a cardiovascular warm-up, stretching, isometric and isotonic exercises as well as some strength training tailored to the patients goals or condition.Sessions are covered by most medical aids.
