Pioneering

 

The origin

Would you say that it is the same as being a visionary? Or produced from it? This would mean that not all are visionaries - truly so since not all are called to have visions. Some interpret while others translate.

Out of this scope, but of the same dominion, authority and belief system - in keeping with the precepts which heighten sensibility and lower sensuality - others have supportive roles; joints; coordination; balancing abilities - being anchored firmly, in order to overcome challenges.

Every position is important, although carrying out the functions of such - not equal. Conducting the serving through upholding; and with the application of knowledge, understanding and wisdom - wisdom being resultant yet the start - justice, not favoritism, in judgment is the outcome.

Individually - each must be fully mature/qualified. Thereafter, in performing as one system - the purpose of the coming about and existence of the pioneer and the vision, lights up.

 

What? How? When? Where? Why?

The vision which could be translated as an idea, takes form once the bearer comprehends its interpretation. Thus evolving to a dimension different from the previous, is enabled - transformation. At this point, light about the beginning and the end must be known - there ought to be an embodiment from which it shall transcend throughout the stages that the idea gets shaped into.

Eventually - an invention or creation, this is. Meant to satisfy a need that was identified after a residue gap became a consequence of negligence. It could also be because the root and depth that leads to the solution pioneered, had not yet been unveiled; sook; or welcomed. Hence promotion takes an immediate occupation; and delivery - at an appointed time and place.

The reason for sowing the seed must be clearly defined and stated. This way, those that ingest its produce, digest it and gain wholesomeness alertly and with awareness. The rightful stuads, must serve with the rightful care, to the rightful segment - differentiated amongst many.

 

Yield and Sustainability

The processes; procedures; and policies are attributes of the Plan - being the method. The strategy is the direction that speaks to the plan which has to be managed. That includes displaying Leadership skills. Where the make-up seems to voluntarily fulfill objectives, which in reality is invoked by a fire of inspiration.

Sound and proper Coordination is a requirement which portrays that stumbling blocks would be handled accordingly. While Monitor and Control should be a consistent evaluator that oversees that resources are used effectively and efficiently. All this while skill; accreditation; and compliance requirements are met.

The goal is to do good work of hands; mind your own - test the given skill-set/ talent, but not compete; and avoid being dependent. Once you have acquired - share with the needy. Every yield must be allocated equitably - with prudence. In keeping with the strategy and plan which orbits around the vision of the vocation.
