Shamrock Pies were developed by an Irish confectioner, and through his attention to detail he perfected the "Shamrock Pie" we still know today. Shamrock Pies is a privately owned family business and was found by an Irish confectioner in 1973. Many people have worked 10, 15 and even more years for the company.
