We extend a special service to our clients whereby we will bring art to their home or office for a private viewing. We also offer professional advice on art placement. Alex is a specialist in all facets of picture framing and preservation. He is also the personal framer to leading SA artists John studied Fine Art at the Michaelis School of Fine Art in the early fifties, and started art restoration work during his final year. Restoration became an ongoing hobby, which has intensified considerably over the past 12 years of semi-retirement. Artists whose work he has restored include: Irma Stern, Pierneef, Gwelo Goodman, Hugo Naude, Gabriel de Jongh, as well as many valuable oils and watercolours of overseas artists of note, including an oil of the Dutch School dated 1594, which required extensive restoration. I have been specialising in wedding photography for the past 15 years and have photographed up to date more than 300 weddings. A very special feature of my package is the portable studio.
