We were referred to vetscape with a very sick kitten that has a very rare condition. Our vet had contacted the vet at vetscape and arrangements were made for us to go and see the vet. I called on Sunday to make an urgent appointment and the lady that makes the bookings for the specialist was in a consultation and would return my call. Monday morning I called again, a note had been made on the system as per my telephone call on Sunday, however she was not in the office to take my call, needless to say I am still waiting on a return phone call for my kitten to be seen to.
