Poor customer service at the carwash. I will never make use of the service again. There is no communication with regards to New options of the New carwash that is available. The attendants just assume and write an option for you. Then I get told to look on the board. In this time we are living in...I don't have time to stand and read boards for carwash options, I trust the attendant will give the customer the best service. This was not the case. My car was washed inside and out but my rubber mats were still dirty and my wheels were brown from dust. Apparently when you want that done, you have to pay an extra R20 for the Gold option. Pathetic. There are other places, namely E**** C***** walk that give 10 times better service at a fraction of your price. Sorry but you will never see me again supporting the carwash.
