Description
StateoftheART is a boutique art 'e-tail' gallery which aims to inspire a new culture of art buying; where quality fine art is affordable, South African artists are championed and customers can easily find and buy from a curated selection of contemporary art - no matter their taste.
StateoftheART brings the gallery experience to you; we offer a 'click-to-buy' service for collectors unable to visit our gallery in person. All of our artists have been carefully selected; instead of showcasing thousands of artists, we choose to represent only a limited number so that you can be sure of the quality of the contemporary art for sale.
Our online art platform is complemented by a brick-and-mortar art gallery in Cape Town; you'll find us at 50 Buitenkant Street, in close proximity to The Book Lounge, District Six Museum, The A4 International Arts Centre, The Fugard Theatre (we're in good company) Haas - and Truth Coffee, amongst other notable destinations.
