QEW did my solar installation. The inverter was not working properly so we bought a bigger one from them. They sent the old one in for repair as it was under warranty. The new inverter is shocking us when we touch it. Apon further inspection we saw that the solar panels are earthed on the sink roof which would shock you to death. One of the breakers is bridged. They did not give us any paperwork when taking the old inverter although we have all the WhatsApp messages as proof. The owner Jaco now does not answer the phone or the WhatsApp's when we call him. We have a COC that was supplied by them for this work. We paid everything in full but now we have to get a proper electrician to come and fix this shoddy work.
Quintin that does the woodwork for them does very good work, but the electrical side of the business renders very bad service based on my experience.

Thank you for your outstanding, cost effective and speedy work!!!! The bedroom design came out better than I could have imagined. And all that in the limited time you had. One bedroom down and 3 to start planning. Will definitely be using your services again.
