Ok Furniture - Head Office, GAUTENG

The scam that OK Furniture is doing is sad. I made a layby on a washing machine at Charlotte Maxeka street in Bloemfontein. I paid the full amount when i was supposed to get the washing machine they told me that my money doesn't reflect. I gave them my statements and they saw the money went through, besides that the following day the money reflected on their side. However, they still didn't want to give me the washing machine. I then paid the whole machine amount cash so that i cant have my machine they, still they didn't want to refund me the 1st money . the machine cost R6900 but I end up paying R12000 for the machine. even this day the workers does not want to refund me. I lost food money at Ok, Medication Money and transport money to this fraudsters. I cant even afford to electricity for my kids because of OK Furniture. I cant believe that when I call they say that they is nothing they can do waiting for a white man to give authority that I can take them anywhere. I am tired people be careful of this company call OK, as you read this knom that i am R6900 short in my account because of OK taking advantage of me as an individual.

I had lay-by bedroom suite and bed at ok Cosmo city, now that I am done with payment they are coming with excuses for giving me the assets that i had paid for,i sacrifice my little salary to get my my self a bedroom suite,now iam depressed instead of rejoicing the comfort of my room,this is so depressing .

All the time i thought OK furniture was a big brand but i was wrong, even idian shops and Cash Crusaders are better. I had a laybae in this and decided to cancel to my shock i was wait for other customers to come buy or pay their before i can be refunded. I will never make mistake or encourage anyone to go and make a laybae in any OK furniture store in South Africa.

I am writing this review as I am really not pleased with the laptop I bought last year June 'connex' at eyethu mall, the laptop has been giving me nothing but problems I returned it for the third time to be fixed but it keeps coming back with more problems. I'd really appreciate a new laptop I don't want that one anymore I fear that if the guarantee ends the expenses will be on me to fix it which is unfair. I am being compromised on my school work as I have to borrow laptops or spend money on internet cafe to do my assessments while I bought a brand new laptop. I returned it at Jabulani, their service was best but I want a brand new laptop if it's not possible can they take the laptop back and give me half the money I bought the laptop with so that I can add and buy another laptop cause as for that one it's clear that I bought it while it wasn't at its best service. I don't want it back.

Unhappy service at Stretford OK, I bought a JVC tv and it went back for repair twice before the guarantee end and the last time it was after the guarantee. They told me about the warranty but that I have to pay for the repair and they are not involved. And the guy I talked to didn't even want to let me see the manager
