When calling after hours there is nou help, to ask for the voucher of the POP sent from my bank. Life is hectic and get home late - after MrPrepaid’s office hours . I bought R50, because I do not have any money left - only getting paid tomorrow. The answering voice was saying something that my era’s just couldn’t grasp after calling 3 times, but ended wit instruction to call the call centre or customer support, BUT NO NUMBER was given . WHAT NOW? I will just go thru winters-night cold and dark- but nót because of load-shedding !!! Unacceptable not to have someone or an automated system for people that can only by for R50. Really??? Can’t even talk to a support person. I cannot believe this and I must E m en pay commission for this service!!! I am really frustrated as I have work to submit before 8h00 meeting. No no no… I am in trouble now at my work as well. What an excuse to give at you workplace!!!
