My electricity went off 28 Nov 2021 @17:18, called the emergency number and I was advised a technician will come assist. It's now the 29th Nov 2021 @11:48 and no technician came... What the meaning of emergency??? I've NEVER skipped any bill but this #POOR SERVICE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Constantia you are such a racist and a thief! So unprofessional of you to hide behind your "it's how things are done" than to answer questions with an honest reply. Charmaine is a woman managing the flat I stay in, in Sunnyside and she is soo rude and doesn't know how to conduct herself professionally. Charmaine is the type of a woman to tell you to pay your deposit so you can be charged extra R220 for disconnection fee. The type to tell you an apple is not good for you yet she produces them. Anyway, I sent a trail of emails to Leoni who seem to be the same as Charmaine in terms of attitude, she sent me tarrifs of City of Tshwane that they use to bill customers and they cut out the important details and of course they don't want me to do my own math. Constatia is a robbery institute. They keep billing me for the month of July and my readings don't change but the amount does, one can be billed R250 in Aug and R895 in Sep with the same readings. When u ask you are told to come to their offices which opens weekdays and some Saturdays; which I believe doesn't accommodate people who are working all week.

I m soo disappointed on Constantia metering who runs fraud on our accounts and accuse tenants of being visited by their colleague R******,who is the one who was conducting the fraudulent.now l m accused of amounts l don't know that l have to pay.l mm realy escalating this case to court.someone has to be thought a lesson of life by this.l going forward,.other wise the score is zero .pathetic service.and treating people with disabilities ugly while the building is not even wheelchair accessible.pathetic disgusting service but will fight to the bottom of it.someone will pay
