Counseling Psychologist in Kensington / Bedfordview working with children, families and adults doing various forms of short term and long term therapy. specialising in trauma, attachment, playtherapy and hypnotherapy. services also include group work, workshops and self development courses. I’m a counseling psychologist (B.A. Univ of Natal, Dbn. Hons Bsoc.Sc, UND, MSoc Sc. UND), registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa. My Practice number is 086 000 007 1102. I’m also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with the Wellness Institute (USA) and a certified EMDR therapist with the EMDR Institute, Inc. (USA).My practice is currently in Kensington Johannesburg.

Services include non-directive play therapy, ADD/ADHD play therapy, parental guidance, filial therapy, Developmental touch therapy, EMDR and trauma work, Heart centered Hypnotherapy, breathwork, adolescent and adult short-term therapy, and sandplay. I also offer several workshops and courses which include stress-relief through hypnosis, smoking cessation through hypnosis, power tools for parents, filial therapy and emotional development of the child. I also work closely with Hirsch Lyons Jewish school in Orange Grove. I have completed my two year internship in advanced hypnotherapy with the Wellness Institute last year and am currently studying coaching with Creative consciousness International coaching academy.
