Incredible Connection - Head Office, Bryanston

To whom it may concern, Please be advised that I have been in and out of incredible connection clearwater mall with regards to my paper work for credit not being captured correctly on the system and so this worked up a back and fourth communication between a staff member at the Clearwater mall branch and a lady from head office. I do not appreciate the back and fourth thing on my end cause every time we upload my papers, head office finds an error at a time and it becomes a mission cause I get called to go into the branch and redo the process. The products really needed are for my children's school. Please can someone help get this resolved. I feel if someone from head office was kind enough to assist and go the extra mile to help the lady at the branch then things would have gone much smoother

My Order Number is 30024068. I have also taken screen shots with time and date stamp, should anything happen. I have also recorded my bank accounts and logged all notification of my purchased. My order was placed on the 18th March 2020 which was approved and confirmed via email and SMS. I have attached the SMS confirmation. Now as far as I am concerned this is a binding contract between Incredible Connection and myself, regardless of what errors you have on your side. On the 21st March 2020 I then logged in to my account to check on progress. I was then contacted later in the morning by a Sale Man from the PMB Branch who is in charge for online order, where I was then inform that My 2 game are ready and will be shipped to me shortly. I then queried where the rest of the order was and was informed it was at the Gateway Branch. I ask if it was possible for me to collect the order from Gateway while I await the order to come from PMB to help make things simple, where the gentle man said he would confirm and get back to me. I was then called back about an hour later when I was told I can no longer have my order as there was a mess-up at the head office and that they made an error with the prices. Now this is very unprofessional and I am appalled by this horrifying service. I have contacted many times to express my stance with this, as it is not a problem I must deal with as I did not make the error. As mentioned, this is not my mistake but yours and I only ask for what I paid for at the price that I had paid already especially since it was already on its way to me. If you look at the time frame of when I purchased, this contract was already binding.

Good day- INCREDIBLE CONNECTION BRITS MALL POOR SERVICE REPAIR -REF 0043566 I took my cellphone in for repairs on 07/01/2020 and up to date I did not receive it back .Called the store and they said the delay was with Abacus Insurance.Requested Abacus numbers and funny it was approved the on the same day i called on 29/01/2020 .Drove there today and the Technician told me they have not received the phone back .Asked for the repair center contacts(012 653 0480) and to my surprise they are waiting for the stores go ahead as to whether they need to fix or not .I am so frustrated with Brits Mall Incredible Connection .

I have been trying to contact Incredible Connection Gateway branch but they dnt answer their phones. I visited the shop last week for a quotation, I was told to to phone after making a payment so that I can be advised as to where must I submit my proof of payment. The payment was done last week but I can't get hold of the shop official because they dnt answer the phone. I tried phoning the cell number provided in the quotation but I was told it's wrong number. I am now stuck because I have paid for the goods but I cnt get my hands on them bcs of poor service by Incredible connections. I don't know why they dnt answer their phone. Zungu Aubrey 086 059 3764

Re: Rescue your Video Tapes 3 @ R799.95 as advertised - Brochure 18-21 August 2011 I went to purchase this product at Cresta Branch and was informed "item was sold out" - there were only 10 units of this product. Surely if you advertise an item as a "marked down special" you should make sure there is enough stock available. You now have 10 happy clients and probably more than 10 unhappy clients as there were 4 customers in the shop at the same time as myself being told the same story. I can be contacted on 084 446 9796
