Very disappointed, my two dogs had a fight earlier today and both were quite wounded, this is our nearest vet. I asked for some assistance and was rudely and blatantly told "I don't work afternoons". This is not a good first impression for new patients. Im not trusting you with my animal family where you show no empathy whatsoever.

A big thank you for saving our dog's life (Pittbull was poisoned, name is Dozer)!! Your service is brilliant, you show a lot of care and understanding and we will be forever thankful. PS. The small amount you charged for saving his life still makes me feel guilty though:)
