Contrast Catering is an owner operated catering company that caters for all functions. From that romantic candle light dinner for two to the large conference. I will personally design your menu, assist you with the costing and prepare the food. All food and/or catering items are handmade from fresh produce - NO frozen, pre-made items are utilized.Having a birthday party for your child? Contact me for the cake, snack goodies for the kids as well as some platters for the parents.I pride myself in bringing the highest standard of cooking at the most affordable prices. Company description

Born in Cape Town, South Africa in 1968 and raised in
Tsumeb, Namibia during childhood years. Completed High School in Cape Town South Africa.

I had a passion for cooking since childhood and cooked my first complete meal at the age of seven.

With no money for formal training I made a point of
learning from the good cooks that surrounded me as child.

After military service I worked at a prestigious wine estate outside Paarl in the Western Cape as a Sous-, and pastry chef. Thereafter I started my own catering business and have never looked back.

Cooking is not just a job or form of income for me, it IS a deep rooted love and passion.
