I ordered a fridge in November and I still have not received a fridge or my refund I have requested a few times.
E-mails and phone calls (that only rings and goes to voicemail).
The website was down for a few days, but it is up again. The website has changes its name - Click on Shop or Click on Group (Pty) Ltd
People are still ordering and paying for products that are not received.
Please remove this "company" from your website. It is not a real shop or website, only people making money and false promises.

Ordered and paid for a bar fridge on 24 November 2022. No delivery to date. Cannot get hold of the people - the next step will be to open a case against them.

Company hasn't delivered my product and hasn't refunded my purchase.
You can't go and collect your stuff, because they don't have a real office.
They don't have a secure payment portal as what they claim on their website. They just send you an email with banking details that you need to pay into.
Customers aren't getting their products or refunds as promised.
