iT SEEM I ALSO GOT SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY - NO REPLIES OR PHONES ANSWERED BE AWARE AND DO NOT SHOP HERE

I ordered a fridge in November and I still have not received a fridge or my refund I have requested a few times. E-mails and phone calls (that only rings and goes to voicemail). The website was down for a few days, but it is up again. The website has changes its name - Click on Shop or Click on Group (Pty) Ltd People are still ordering and paying for products that are not received. Please remove this "company" from your website. It is not a real shop or website, only people making money and false promises.

Ordered and paid for a bar fridge on 24 November 2022. No delivery to date. Cannot get hold of the people - the next step will be to open a case against them.

Company hasn't delivered my product and hasn't refunded my purchase. You can't go and collect your stuff, because they don't have a real office. They don't have a secure payment portal as what they claim on their website. They just send you an email with banking details that you need to pay into. Customers aren't getting their products or refunds as promised.

Bought 2x Whirpool washing 09/11 and after canceling the order to no deliverying and now im struggling to get my money from them can someone help or now were i can get hold of somewho can assistme .

Absolute scammers, no intention of delivering or getting back to you , will be taking my case further and looking into takedown request. Don't use them please.

It’s a scam, do not buy anything from them. They will take your money and never deliver anything, never answer your calls and emails. They don’t exist in the address they’ve given and all their reviews on Hello Peter are fake. They scammed hundreds of people with numerous police cases opened for them. Stay away from these scammers

Ordered a fridge on 28 June 2022 and I just got empty promises on delivery which never happened. I await my refund but it is clear I am never going to see my money again. They scam people out of money.

This must be the worst online shop you pay and get nothing back just allot of empty promises this is over 3 months now to get our product

They have painted a fraudster tendencies. I have openned a case against them and I hope that law put them to justice. They might have messed with a wrong person this time around.

This "company" is obviously fraudilent and pretend to have stock until payment are made, then they use the excuse of stock availability or suppliers not having stock. If one is persistent enough, they promise to refund you within 3-5 days after they receive your banking details. After this period, it is impossible to make contact and even the mail they sent from [email protected] returns a message that the mailbox does not exist anymore?? We should all open fraud case at SAPS and liquidate the company. Scamsters!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL I ordered a playstation for my son for Xmas on the 30th Nov 2021. Before i paid i confirmed with them if they have stock, which they said yes and delivery will be within 7 to 10 days. After paying and they received the funds they confirmed 17 Dec 2021 for my delivery. After the 17th no communication, no answer etc. When i finally got hold of them in the new year they came back to me saying they are waiting for stock. Would take 2 days. After i never received anything yet again. I said please refund me to which they said i must send my bank details. Since then no comunication or answer on email, messenger & tel. I have since chatted to many people with the same situation, also paid and nothing received. I see they have changed their bank acc no 3 times already. Also their address in vorna valley is fake. I Lost R13877.99 The people claiming getting refunds from Click on shop are with small amounts, too catch us with the big amounts.
