Beneplex has been providing IT Support and services to companies large and small since 2000. During this time we have seen the disruption many of our clients experience when upgrading on-site hardware or updating software. Until recently the marketplace for software and related services has not been flexible enough to allow us to provide a solution to these problems. However, all this has changed with the arrival of cloud computing. Not content to just "join the party" we have decided to go one better and become market leaders in providing an integrated data and voice (VOIP) solution at a simple monthly cost per user.
Beneplex alleviates the need to purchase in house expensive servers and telephone systems, employ technical staff or commit to service contracts to support them. This reduces barriers to entry and enables businesses of all sizes to enjoy enterprise-level features, without the associated cost or administrative overhead.
