The Art Curator Gallery is situated on one of the most prestigious wine estates in South Africa. It lies in the valley of Lourensford Estate, which stretches across 4 000 hectares of forest, fynbos, fruit orchards and vineyards, and rises up the slopes of the Helderberg and Hottentots Holland mountain ranges, caressed by breezes off the Atlantic Ocean. It is truly a visual feast inside the Gallery and outside.

At its core is a family business that specialises in South African Old Masters. Visitors are welcomed into an ever-growing family of Art Lovers. The Gallery extends into a collection of ‘up and coming’ African Artists, for those interested in earmarking the next generation of Old Masters, as well as more contemporary Artists.
The Art Curator is a destination Gallery thanks to the larger premises and the vast collection of original paintings, and bronze and stone sculptures.

Art is an all-year-round phenomenon as it is not weather dependent, so it is always the right of the time of the year to visit our ever-changing art exhibitions. We are open seven days a week. Pop in for a Visit, and be welcomed with a coffee of signature Lourensford wines.
