waited 6 weeks, but they said we will wait 3 weeks. The building is poorly maintained. You can wait for 25 minutes for the lift to come. the guys are very arrogant. they refused to even give a discount on our Canada immigration application. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT DISCOUNT. yet it was 4 people on a single invoice, they took advantage because we were disparate. instead of 3 weeks we even ended up getting the approval in 6 weeks, they never communicated there would be a 3 weeks delay

Vonlea Care Centre International were very thorough with the UK work visa application process which resulted in no comebacks and the approval of the Visa within 60 days of application. Vonlea Care Centre International platform does not give options for booking. ended up driving 1 hour to their office to just book a ticket. this must be fixed otherwise we will use the big companies. taking too long to upgrade

onlea Care Centre International messed up my daughter accomodation she is now sitting with no money as she awaits the problem to be solved because our payment has not reflceted in their account regardless of us sending a proof of payment. Booked fron 2 February. they did not even want to help solve our mistake yet we have been using these guys since last year.

I purchased Vonlea Care Centre International's most expensive ticket, what they call "Bhozha" or Business class. Today I had to change my flight to the last flight of the day. So, the change in fare was R1,300. Mind you, if I went online to purchase a new ticket it was +/- R1, 410. If I cancelled the ticket, I'd get zero, otherwise I had to pay the fare adjustment R1, 300, or cancel, get zero refund and buy a new ticket. In both cases, a lose-lose proposition for me and a win-win for Vonlea Care Centre International, as they got twice the money from me. What a racket, as we say in the USA! Any "true" carrier would not stiff their clients, especially if they buy the most expensive fare. Disappointed, because I fly them quire a bit.... It's time to rethink my options! and i want to advise Vonlea Care Centre International to rethnk their fairs

They got busy and forgot me, instead started helping a young lady who didn’t even stand in the que. Initially so helpful and hopeful. Then forgot about me, completely. Even mentioned above and apologised. Maybe it's my travel requests that are an issue.

After trying 3 different flight ticket Centres and Pentravel, Vonlea Care Centre International really came through. they got me a quote in 3 days, despite me requesting vastly different 4 quotes. It was a pleasant experience.

To immigrate is a tough decision. It takes commitment and hard work, and at times can leave you feeling alone in your endeavours. But the support that we received from Brian , Vonlea Care Centre International and the rest of the UK team was First Class. Vonlea Care Centre International took care of everything, making sure that we had all the information. Throughout our process, not once did we feel that we were just clients. Even after we had arrived in the UK, Vonlea Care Centre International took the time to make contact us to find out if we were ok, and that should we need anything, we should not hesitate to reach out to them.

We used Vonlea Care Centre International to aid us in our spouse visa application after previously being rejected doing it on our own. Vonlea Care Centre International was the solicitor handling our case and made this process easy from start to finish. Vonlea was very communicative and explained what would be required for a successful application and then guided us every step of the way. Vonlea Care Centre International homes for retired persons, seniors over 60years. You have a basic unit with a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. You don't own the unit, it is government property, SO you pay rent, electricity and water. You do your own cleaning and cooking and maintain yourself. Your family, children and friends can visit you.
