Your driver was so unprofessional, he was so rude and a bully, as if that was not enough he left with my parcel on my door step because apparently for him I live far and it's not convenient for him, his name is Tumela with phone number (062 523 8367)

Hi Sorry to inform that Buffalo services is bad. Telling me package return due to wrong address, but it is right on Shein so how on earth can it be wrong, and this ain't the first time. Last time my package was late due to same reason. What's worst of all they don't contact me, but package was returned. Please Buffalo do a better job at delivering, we order stuff because it is needed.

I have been waiting from 30 December 2023 after I receive email that my parcel is on its way. Today after 12 days and parcel moving all over the place but never reach me, and 3 attempts delivery. They say parcel delivered but not to me. And i receive all sorts of parcels on this address only these people cant fond me. AND THEY NEVER CALL, NEVER. AND THEY DONT REPLY TO WHATSAPPS

Good Morning I am so disappointed my parcel is roaming around back to forth without reaching my address. I supposed to have received my parcel four days before Christmas. You failed the whole of my family even today my parcel is still roaming from dispatched and returned to depot. Why are you doing this to me? I always receive my parcel on the same address but now you cannot find my location why? I have been sending emails WhatsApp and calling without help why?

Very disappointed, my shipping details were changed, i dont know how my parcel was suppose to be delivered in Mpumalanga, but when i track it they say it was delivered in East London Butterworth, ive been trying to call or WhatsApp but no response, im sooo stressed and very disappointed because ive bern using the same details, when the parcel was dispatched i did not even receive a notification i jus saw an email sayin 'client received'

Dear consumers ,Buffalo Buffalo they a scam, I ordered on 08 October still my waiting even today, I received email say I must pay for my customs I did, and then again email say I must pay for second delivery fee I paid twice then the next email say I must pay they won't deliver,much how money do i have to pay before they can deliver coz all they ask is money money and i call the say they will escalate the problem to the manager and then call again all managers a in the meeting the whole day, when I ask for my money back they say they deliver but nothing, it's so amazed coz they did say they received this payment, all they say is pay so what happens to the money that we paid this its so painful can shien charge logistics please coz Buffalo we kill us.

My tax amount was wrong, for over a week I've been calling and they have been no help, you can't speak to management because their is none, when you ask who's supervising them they say they don't need supervision because they know what they are doing. I've spoken to Christopher, Penelope, Freeda, pumla, Judy, Christina and so many more, they are so incompetent and are of no help, I've never been given such a hard time before in my life, my order was for R921 but my tax was over R2200. How is that even possible. The staff don't care about your problems, their just their to get paid and go home

this is first and last time ordering with any company that uses Buffalo i've been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks and when you call, the consultant promises to escalate but nothing happens. we order because we need it by a certain date , what will i do with those items as the event has long passed. I guess this is the price we pay for looking for cheap items outised the country

Am very disappointed in this company. I always have bad experience with it. I don't know why Shein is still using it. So I paid my customs on the 14th of September but I didn't get email notification. I only had one email because I paid for two orders. When I check my bank app it shows that I paid. I've been sending emails and whatsapp with no luck 😭😭

I ordered on Shein on the 3rd of September, i got excited when getting an email and text message saying my order will be delivered within 48 hours on the 12th. I waited the whole day at home hoping for my items to be delivered, i was very disappointed when i got an sms saying my address was incorrect hence it wasn't my first time using the address. I didn't know how to change address because it was the correct so i reentered the very same address then i was told my order will be delivered the next day. Whats more disappointing is that the whatsupp number and telephone number go buffalo are not working

Very disappointed, I've ordered from shein before and buffalo was used. I've received the same msg for the past 5 days "Your parcel has been dispatched and will be delivered within 48 hours. Thank you for using Buffalo. Please note no fees are outstanding." and when I track it says "return reason:misconception" , I have been using the same address and phone number with all my previous ordered. They don't pick up their phone respond to e-mails or WhatsApp messages. Very disappointed

I have 2 orders from Shein, one order was supposed to have been delivered last week, ihave received email saying it now with skynet, i have been enquiring with skynet, they say its not with them its just that buffalo created a waybill but havent tranported to them, now buffalo doesnt answer call, you on que when it gets to you the line disconnect, on 010 and 087 numbers, its playing hide and seek now, i have a wedding and cannot trace my orders, Shein should really choose a different logistic company

I was tracking my parcel all of a sudden it says "client received" meanwhile I didn't get anything.on top of that they put you on hold for 30min by the time they take your call your airtime get exhausted.

Yesterday they claim that I didn't pick up my phone or the address was not found,I ordered twice and they found it without a problem,but yesterday they couldn't find it,tried phoning them but their phones are down. Their website says they don't deliver on weekends so why yesterday?

Same story . They say delivery failed "reason invalid telephone number" . Really? And what about all the other almost 10 deliveries. It's the same number and was working fine then. They don't reply to emails. And you can beg them on WhatsApp to reply to you they will still ignore you. I hope Shein gets another reliable company to send their shipments with.

I purchased my order and they put a wrong address now I’m doing a follow by sending emails and calling them but i don’t get response it’s over a week now since i received a email saying my parcel is on its way.

Buffalo logistics has a very bad customer feed back whatsoever. I have whatsapp them numerous times for Tracking my parcel.They just don't reply back.And to phone them is a nightmare ,it's like you are next and the num is like caller 58..... in line

They your customer service is so poor. You don't even respond to a simple whatsapp messages. My parcel was suppose to be delivered on Monday to day is Saturday. And is so frustrating.

Buffalo I have not received my package and an email sent say the package was delivered successfully. I received an email stating that:Dear 【Takalani Mhlambi】 1. Here are the parcels which were delivered successfully as show in the table, should your customer dispute this please contact us to assist with resolving on 0105903190. The was not even a photo attached to show the parcel on the table. I don't stay in rural areas where the driver could have gotten lost. I stay in the city but buffalo driver could not even reach the destination. This is pathetic

Since friday.. and normally when courier guy comes to my work place they call me first and this time around they didn’t call me. OMG buffalo is so frustrating, it would seem they sent the message about parcel being returned to warehouse to everyone, I think it's just a stall tactic honestly, I am so disappointed and mad. They do not take us serious, they are quick to call when the want customs and duty paid an then after that it's nothing. The worst part is that they don't even reply on their whatsapp line.

Buffalo logistics is nonsense guys i was suppose to get my package long time ago but they busy telling me that my parcel was wrongly returned as if that’s my problem. What annoys me the most is that non of their numbers work . I think it’s time we expose them coz wow

I received the same email and when you try and call them the call does not even connect. My parcel was from Shein and when I contacted Shein they say my parcel is with a different courier company.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the delivery of my parcel by Buffalo Logistics. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your call centre and get updates on my parcel, I have received inconsistent and misleading information from your representatives. On March 13th, I was informed that my parcel was at the warehouse as there was no driver in my area. The following day, I was told that the parcel was with the driver and would be delivered by the end of the day. However, my parcel was not delivered and when I called again, I was informed that the driver could not deliver the parcel as there was no one at home, which is an absolute lie. Furthermore, when I requested to speak to a manager or to get the driver's contact number, I was not allowed to do so. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of accountability and transparency demonstrated by your company, and I demand an immediate explanation for the inconsistencies in information provided to me. I have also sent several emails and WhatsApp messages that have gone unanswered, which only adds to my frustration. I must say that this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I will not hesitate to share my experience with others. It is unfortunate that Shein does not give customers the option to choose their preferred shipping company and instead forces them to use Buffalo Logistics. I expect a prompt response from your company and a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.

Yooo buffalo... My order has been at their warehouse for like 2 weeks.. It says dispatching then returned to warehouse.. Reason 'wrong fone number' but yall called when you wanted me to pay tax.. Now its time to deliver yal saying wrong number... Yooo worse experience ever... Valentines is around the corner but nothing... I think shein should just work with Aramex not buffalo... We are tired

The service is much slower with aramex than Buffalo, they prefer instead. My box has been in SA since 5 March 23 and even now they cannot say when delivery can be made.

Buffalo has the bad services , checked my tracking order and said returned but I never received any call from them stating they are coming or maybe they had difficulty in getting my address but already my order returned saying they can’t get me . Mind you I paid R400 for buffalo to bring my shein order but already is cancelled before they even came .

I willdefikitely not refer anyone to buy from Shein because of the bad experience i have with Buffalo. I since ordered items in November and December and still today i have not received my parcel. They will e mail you about failure to deliver with lame excuses that they could not get hold of you, yet they never contacted me. Trying to call the company is just a nightmare as there is always a long waiting list. Sending them email is just a disgust as they never reply. How will one trust you? I regret having ordered items from you as i have even paid double the price for delivery that failed. Your service is extremely poor. You robbing us of our hard earned money and you are not even ashamed if it.

After reading all the negative reviews I was panicked thinking my good would never arrive, but it came today. It was only due 18 January 2023, order placed 24 December 2022Driver was kind and polite, even called me when he was at my door. This is my third Shein order and it has always arrived a week or two before the time. I can suggest Buffalo communication system be improved because my first two orders no one ever called. Thankful for the driver who arrived today. I live in the Durban area.

I am happy with buffalo service, I understand that they had a few issues during die Nov\Dec Season time. They could work on their shipping statuses and communication skills. Better communication will solve most of their negative reviews. Tracking issues is because people does not understand every status. Maybe making a list available with the meaning of each tracking status will also solve some issues.

An absolute joke of a delivery service. They don't communicate. They give silly excuses as to why they can't disclose information and they do not give an alternative for you to pick up the package yourself after their mess of a delay yet they will call and email just to get you to pay their fees. Im being dissapointed! Waiting over 3 weeks for my delivery.

Hell no. Buffalo is messing with customers. Unlike other courier companies, buffalo is the poorest and I can't explain how fed up iam their service. I'm not willing to make any purchase as long a s they can't improve their services. Hopefully last time ordering from shein.

I'm in the same boat as you..my Christmas order is at there Dbn depot,I have no idea why they are soo slow..I'm furious as I do not have another outfit

I've been waiting for my parcel since Dec 2022. I bought kids Christmas clothes during black Friday, and nothing has been delivered to date. (Middle March 2023) When trying to call Buffalo, the phone stops before one can even speak to the consultant. I was 1st in the queue multiple times and the phone took me to voicemail. Very frustrating...Buffalo is not competent to do this job.

What the hell does this company do? I need my package to be delivered not just to my door but in the hands of someone. They say my package has been delivered, but I received nothing, no phone call made to say that they are there. Customer services never answer the phone, but they are quick to ask for customs to be paid and yet when we looking for someone to assist, no1 is there to help. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!!!

I experience the same thing my parcel had to come 16-17 . No parcel was delivered. Those things are needed for Christmas. Bad service, I think this company must close or SHEIN needs reliable delivery services.

I have exactly the same problem! Two parcels, two separate waybills - both saying they were delivered but I have not received them! What are they doing with our orders?

I was at Buffalo Kempton park today.. The chaos that's there is really disappointing.. If Buffalo can't deliver why is it not communicating with us.. I had to stand in line for 3 hours only to get there and they tell me that my parcel is still in the airport meanwhile it was supposed to be delivered on the 16th..what sort of nonsense is this??

I'm so annoyed right now. I have not received a call, but they say the package has been delivered, I have tried calling customer services, no answer, goes straight to voice mail. I have tried using the whatsapp line, but still nothing. Where was my package delivered, who is going to pay me for the goods that was in the package. I've asked all my neighbors, as well as tenant. But no1 has it. This is wrong on sonmany levels. Call a person before you deliver a package, please are not at home waiting for 4 weeks for a package to be delived

This definitely is the worst service ever, I clearly stated my address it was visible, then I received an sms saying I should collect my parcel, I then go to the pepcell, the guy at pepcell tells me the parcel is not at there store it is in Witbank as they get confused with the locations, mind you it's not the 1st time this happens like WThell and note I stay in Johannesburg, how the hell am I supposed to get my parcel In Durban, I called Paxi and Crescentia told me I have to wait a week because Buffelo needs to collect the parcel and take it back to the warehouse, which will take about 8 days... the parcel gets to the warehouse however I receive another sms that my parcel was collected HOW.?? I called Buffalo they advise that the system says I have collected my parcel, I tell them my frustrations the lady Tasha tells me I need to wait again for Paxi to get back to them in order for Buffalo to decide another step further. I am so frustrated I haven't received my parcel yet and it's been going for 2 months now. I NEED ASSISTANCE ASAP AS THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE SERVICE

wow this has to be the poorest service ever..when i was tracking my package i was informed that the vehicle that was supposed to deliver got hijacked and whatnot..it was on the 7th of this month (July) so now I have been calling and they have been telling me that I will receive an email even on Tuesday I called and told me that i will receive an email within the next 24 hours,I waited and still..and today i called they told me that i will receive an email with a letter saying what what within 48 hours..whats wrong with these people?

I have my friend who is so cross regarding her delivery but the number 010 593 4710 provided is not working can someone help with the number to use please our order was there since the 1st of December

This has to be the more poorest service, I didn't receive my order and when I try contacting them they are being rude and they ended up blocking me,wow🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
