Hydro Seal is a long-lasting low maintenance waterproofing product with exceptional adhesive properties used to waterproof roofs, parapets, patios, hollow-core slabs, retaining walls, foundations, water features, dams etc. Its bonding capability is so versatile that it even bonds to existing torch on systems. By using a Spray-on application all possible leaks are covered with a flexible, UV stable and non-flammable plastic based coating. This coating has a 5 year guarantee * and 15 to 20 year life expectancy. It comes in 90 pre-mixed colours, making Hydro Seal a perfect final finished coating. This guarantees a saving on valuable material, labour, time and money. The seamless seal on tiled roofs prevents the movement of tiles and doubles as a security measure for burglar attempts through the roof. Waterproofing of valleys, parapets, box gutters, roof screws, flashboards and ridging has never been easier, with just a paint brush and a small roll of membrane waterproofing can be accomplished within a few minutes. There is no need for a third or fourth coat which means much more covering with less use of product in half the time.
