Riders of all levels and ages are catered for – total beginners to advanced/competitive. The school also covers all disciplines: basic riding, show jumping, dressage, equitation etc. and the full time instructors are experienced and/or qualified. Other services offered include livery; show assistance and schooling horses. THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT LESSON STRUCTURES NAMELY: GROUP LESSONS - for riders over eight years old. A 45 min lesson once per week with never more than six riders per lesson. Riders are grouped according to level of riding and age group as far as possible. Riders are assessed continuously so that they are always placed in a group benefiting their personal conditions. UNDER 8 YRS LESSONS - for riders under eight years old. A 30 min individual lesson once per week. Riders at this age benefit more from individual attention. INDIVIDUAL LESSONS - for riders over eight years old. Also mainly for riders with their own horses and/or those that wish to be competitive. A 45 min lesson once per week geared towards personal goals that the rider - horse combination would like to achieve.

Kenilworth Racecourse is the countrys oldest racecourse and enjoys a special place in the history and tradition of South African horseracing. The course was established and raced on for the first time in 1881. Nestled in Kenilworth, Cape Town, the gorgeous course is a favourite with locals and foreigners alike.

This is one of the most unique courses in the world. Besides hosting world-renowned racing events, it is also the home of the Kenilworth Racecourse Conservation Area, a small but valuable nature reserve situated within the racecourse itself. This 52-hectare area is the best preserved patch of Cape Flats Sand Fynbos on the planet, and contains at least 20 plant species threatened with extinction. Also situated in the middle of the track is South Africas equine quarantine station, where horses bound for export are kept.
