Laser cutting

After endless hours of cutting patterns with the conventional woodworking machines and getting the finished product to a quality toy; we have moved into the laser era. We have recently begun to make use of the services of Laserjunction to do all our pattern cutting by laser. This ensures that all the edges of the wooden toy is smooth and rounded. It cuts down on down-time, (pattern cutting), and increases production time of the actual toys.
