We offer Judo classes and work with the ages 5 years up to adults. Our Members go through to SA Nationals and achieve their Goals each year. we keep our fees as low as possible to make it affordable. The Rooihuiskraal Judo club teaches the methodical use of balance, flexibility and performing the correct movements with in each skill. The very first technique we teach is how to fall correctly. The Art of Judo has been known to have many health benefits for the mind, body and soul. The Rooihuiskraal Judo club uses the art of Judo to help students with complete mind, body, and Soul transformation, helping students build confidence, self-respect, self-trust and discipline changing the way the student looks at life and all its challenges. Rooihuiskraal Judo Club has seen positive change in students with emotional stress, Learning disabilities, sensory processing disorder as well as ADHD.
