Leeza’s Care Connection, affiliated with Leeza’s Place, is a free community gathering place and resource center for family caregivers caring for a loved one with a memory disorder, chronic and/or progressive illness. Radio and TV Personality, Leeza Gibbons created The Leeza Gibbons Memory Foundation in 2002 as a promise to her mother to “tell her story and make it count” after her diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease and her family's subsequent caregiving challenges. The Centers are the signature program of the Foundation as the manifestation of what Leeza “wished we had when we were going through this journey.”
