Victor Vengai Mapimhidze (28) has attracted many young peers to pursue business ventures at an early stage. His advice is bearing fruits as he has also demonstrated some sound expertise in the field that sees so many people, old and young, failing to come up with convincing business proposals. Mr Mapimhidze holds a diploma in Financial Accounting levels 1-3 and holds a certificate in Records Management and Inform-ation Science. His first employment was in the department of education in Zimbabwe in 2003 as a Records Officer. He then left the department to join one of the once highly rated private hospitals in Harare as assistant credit controller. Still not satisfied with his chosen careers he then migrated to South Africa in 2010 where he joined Informed Technologists as a business advisor. The company discovered his brilliance and mandated him to redesign the company’s operational portfolio. As projected, the company flourished with so many of its clients getting the necessary funding. Emerging entrepreneurs have openly said that he inspired them to become successful where they had little hope. After a year Mapimhidze decided to go on his own and established an office in the central business district of Kuruman in August 2011 as a business con-sultant. Speaking to him in his office he said that he does not regret taking the initiative. Prominent figures in business come to seek business advice on a broader spectrum of issues. He does company registra-tions, advises his clients on tax compliance for companies, busi-ness developments, website marketing, administration policies for small enterprises and many more.
