Mens grooming in South Africa taking off

A recent survey amongst men aged 21 to 55 throughout South Africa showed that men are taking a keen interest in their image and personal presentation more so than ever before. A recent Nielsen survey also showed that the mens grooming industry in this country has grown to over R16 million rands in the last financial year. THE MENS ROOM has positioned itself to capitalise on this growth by being one of the first "mens only" upscale barbershops in Cape Town, with 2 locations to its brand so far and a third opening up in 2013.
