Extensive CNC machining and programming capabilities enable us to efficiently manufacture complex parts, molds and tools with a high level of accuracy and repeatability. EDM machining uses electrical discharges to remove material from workpieces. The EDM process allows for machining of complex contours and shapes not possible with traditional machining methods as well as machining of pre-hardened and exotic materials. Using EDM we are able to machine complex punches, dies and intricate parts. Our electrical workshop is fully equiped to handle all panel building and on machine connectivity work. Established design standards and years of experience building and commisioning motion control and process automation systems enable us to provide elegant solutions to complex control problems.
