Shaquille Rajdeo is not a professional, but he is one who stands behind his work and has a warranty to prove it, since he wants his clients to feel confident in his ability to do the job correctly and professionally, all tile installations come with a 5 (FIVE) year warranty.
Warranty will cover fixing of any loose tiles or grout due to improper installation for up to 5 years
Warranty will cover fixing of any cracked tiles or grout due to improper installation for up to 5 years.
This Warranty is limited to the replacement of cracked tiles. Siyaphila Renovations (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for the availability of shade difference in the event needed of replacement tiles or grout.
Tile and stone should be inspected prior to installation and any defects must be reported at that time. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product. Damage to product caused by inappropriate installation, accident, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance is not covered by this warranty. With respect to tile and stone, variations in colour, shade, flow, grain, tonality, crazing veining, and texture are inherent characteristics thereof and are not defects. Natural stone tiles such as granite, marble, travertine, slate and onyx etc. are not man made materials, they are a product of nature and do not have a warranty.
Variations in facial dimensions and thickness will be allowed as per industry standards. No warranties are made against crazing, scratching, or wear due to: improper installation-including alteration of the surface with sealers or grout, falling objects, abuse, misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, using improper chemicals or compounds, non-foot traffic wear or other similar incidents. These warranties do not cover damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, wind, and lightning; or any other abuse or misuse by the purchaser.
This warranty does not cover damage or failure due to chemical or physical abuse. The tile and grout are not warranted against stains, chips, scratches or impact damage. This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, flooding, improper maintenance, scratching, etching, chipping or cracking due to subfloor movement, structure settling or movement.
The warranty does not cover your failure to care for or protect your tile.
